Anikke is a dedicated group facilitator at Mission Harbor, bringing valuable experience from her work in adolescent treatment, community mental health, and private practice. With a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, she blends psychodynamic and mindfulness techniques, including Internal Family Systems, CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, and somatic interventions, tailoring her approach to meet each client’s unique needs.
Her background in the arts, education, and community outreach informs her belief in the transformative power of creative expression. Anikke is passionate about fostering a supportive environment where clients can navigate life’s complexities with empathy, acceptance, and empowerment. Through connection, creativity, and insight, she helps adolescents, adults, and families cultivate confidence, harmony, and resilience.
A lover of travel, spirituality, philosophy, comedy, and adventure, Anikke brings a spirit of curiosity and warmth to her work, inspiring clients to embrace growth, find joy, and cultivate a deeper sense of peace.
