COVID-19 and Mental Health Treatment
COVID-19 and developing global safety concerns have created an unprecedented challenge in our communities. As a healthcare provider, Mission Harbor is encouraging everyone to follow the best practice of social distancing and other CDC Guidelines to help prevent the spread of the virus.
Our focus over the last week has been to ensure the health and well-being of our clients, staff, and alumni. As such, Mission Harbor has ceased on-site groups and treatment programming in which clients and staff gather in groups. Mission Harbor remains operational and has transitioned our programming to a virtual treatment method to carry on treatment for our patients. We are also working closely with other treatment facilities to ensure continuity of care for existing clients and those who are seeking placement with a treatment program.
Mission Harbor believes that the need for quality mental and behavioral health treatment remains a priority in our community, and we recognize the need to continue treating mental health issues during this time. Whether you are a current client, seeking help for a loved one, or just need someone to talk to, we encourage you to call us at 805-874-5922. Our staff is committed to supporting you or your loved ones in any way we can.
